Easy access to electronic versions of course textbooks

I would like to have an easy access to all, or most of, the text books I need for my research/coursework, specially in an electronic form. Sometimes it is very difficult to find an electronic version of a recently published text book. A database or designng a way to facilitate students get an electronic copy of textbooks would be ideal.
